Rightmove has stated that Boxing Day tends to generate more internet traffic and therefore, you should take advantage of this period by listing on property portals if you are keen to sell your property. 

Tip 2: Arrange viewings in the daylight during the winter  

Since it gets dark quickly during the winter, you should arrange viewings in the daylight as it will provide potential buyers with a better experience and true representation of the property.  

Tip 3: Take high-quality photos of the property 

If you have a high-quality camera, you can try taking photos of the property during daylight hours. It is important that you set up your camera early in the morning during the winter because natural sunlight will result in better photos.
