1) Self-check-in / Key management
Ideally, you would have a reliable individual who can meet your guests and check them in. In case you do not have anyone, who can meet the guests, a solution would be to use smart locks (either a smart door lock or a smart key safe). This will allow the guests to access the property without the need for someone to meet them at the property.

It is your responsibility as a host to indicate the presence of any security cameras around the property even if they are not turned on.
