A poll conducted by Goodlord demonstrated that 70% of letting agents (from 100 letting agents who took part) reported that they believe pressures among property owners will continue to rise throughout 2023.  

Some of the current pressures property owners are facing include higher mortgage rates and expanding regulation.

Of the 100 letting agents who took part in this poll, 28% stated that they think pressures would stay the same and 2% believed that there would be less pressure towards the end of the year.
